The Perlant is a private membership club with locations in Atlanta, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee. Members use The Perlant to socialize and engage with their community and other members, conduct business, and drink wine. Our physical spaces include social space, work and entertaining space, and dining space as full-service restaurants and wine bars. This policy describes our use of Personal Data that is entrusted to us and through our third-party partners. This is an ever-evolving document.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain member Personal Data for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, accounting, and business obligations. When you cancel your membership, we will delete or de-identify your Personal Data within 90 days of your cancellation date, except where we are required to retain it longer by law, for tax and financial recordkeeping, or to resolve disputes. Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you may be retained indefinitely.

Data Breach Notification

If we become aware of a security breach that compromises your Personal Data, we will investigate and notify affected members without unreasonable delay, consistent with our obligations under Georgia's data breach notification law (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-912) and the law of any other state where an affected member resides. Notification will include a description of the incident, the categories of information involved, and the steps we are taking in response.

Your State Privacy Rights

The Perlant is based in Georgia and Tennessee, and we welcome members who reside in other states. Georgia and Tennessee do not currently have comprehensive consumer privacy laws. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, you may have additional rights regarding your Personal Data. Opting Out and Membership Cancellation

If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us, you may opt-out via the unsubscribe link included in such emails or by emailing members@theperlant.com with formal request. We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that if you opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, you may till receive communication regarding membership, important legal notices, payment and financial obligations etc.

If you wish you cancel you membership with The Perlant, please submit your request in writing with the date and email to members@theperlant.com and our business will proceed with the matters according to the member by-laws.

This website includes proprietary and IP protected materials that share and further describe The Perlant as a concept, brand and business. This includes membership overview and cost, design, physical space operations etc. These materials are for viewing purposes only and should not be downloaded or shared for external use.
